Khloe Kardashian: I'm "Massive" Next To Sisters

http://www.usmagazine.com/uploads/assets/articles/40651-khloe-kardashian-i-feel-massive-next-to-kim-kourtney/1303924048_khloe-290.jpgIt's not easy being the "biggest" Kardashian sister.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, out Wednesday, Khloe Kardashian admits red carpet events with older sibs Kim and Kourtney can take their toll on her self esteem.

"They are 5-foot and 5-foot-2, so I look massive next to them," Khloe, who is 5-foot-10, tells Us. "Everyone expects me to be 9 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds [when they meet me]."

26-year-old Khloe -- whose mom Kris Jenner even criticized her weight in a recent episode of Khloe and Lamar - has "struggled with her weight since she was 8 years old," a family friend tells Us. "She was always taller and developed much broader shoulders than her petite sisters."

And the E! reality star, happily married to basketball star Lamar Odom for over a year, says she first gained weight following Kris' divorce from her late father, famed OJ Simpson trial attorney Robert Kardashian Sr.

"My brother [Rob] and I were always heavy. They gave us food to keep us comforted. All we did was eat crap," she recalls.

Classmates and even her mom's friends noticed that Khloe's older sisters Kim, 30, and Kourtney, 32, stayed skinny despite the family turmoil. "I had older women tell me, 'You should really work out,'" she explains. "It really got to me."

Her initial response? A teenaged Khloe hit the gym, working out three times a day and eating tiny meals. She went from a size 12 to 0.

"I started to get a positive response from people when I was losing weight," she admits.

Kris Jenner Slams Khloe for Gaining Weight

On Sunday's Khloe & Lamar, Khloe Kardashian, 26, comes under fire from her mom, Kris Jenner, after she packs on a few extra pounds.

As Jenner sees it, her daughter's weight gain makes her a less than ideal spokeswoman for the Kardashians' Quicktrim diet supplement. Jenner also accuses Kardashian of sabotaging the brand.

"You don't care and it's very very upsetting to me because I've worked so hard at creating what I think is a great deal for you girls and you're not pulling your end of the weight," Jenner says in a sneak preview of Sunday's all-new episode. "I feel like you could not chat about how many cookies you're eating in between meals [to the media]..."

Kardashian, on the other hand, feels torn as she struggles to maintain a healthy weight in an effort to conceive her first child with husband Lamar Odom.

"To tell me I'm ruining a whole brand because of my weight gain makes me feel like s--t. Get over yourself. You're such a f--king raging lunatic and you're so evil," she snipes to Jenner. "I'm too f--king fat, too f--king that. Do you want me to get pregnant? Do you want me to lose weight? You tell me you want me to have a baby every second, but I can't be on some crazy diet. I just don't get what you want out of me!"

Is Victoria Secret Candice Swanepoel Too Thin?

When South African stunner Candice Swanepoel made an appearance Wednesday in Los Angeles to model the new line of swimwear by Victoria's Secret, her slight figure caused a major stir.

Overnight, buzz cropped up about Swanepoel's seemingly shocking weight loss, given that she appeared thinner in L.A. than she had in photos taken only months earlier. Hollywood Life went so far as to call her "scarily, skeletally, stick-thin" and CBS News called her "startlingly slim."

During New York Fashion Week in November, Swanepoel, 22, told ABC News that she was having trouble keeping weight on. "Actually, this year my problem has been more putting the weight on and getting muscle on because it's been really busy," she said. "I've been traveling around like crazy. I get skinnier if I'm very busy."

Holly Madison: "I Love My Curvy Body"

http://i.huffpost.com/gen/252949/HOLLY-MADISON-BIKINI.jpgAfter being slammed for gaining weight, Holly's World star Holly Madison bravely shows of her curvy body - flaws and all - for an exclusive unretouched photo shoot with Life & Style.

"I'd rather be overweight and curvy than super thin with no curves," Holly, 32, exclusively tells Life & Style at the photo shoot on Feb 21. "I'm proud of my body."

For good reason: Holly has a figure most women would envy. And yet, Holly isn't afraid to admit that her small stature doesn't exempt her from what haunts millions: cellulite. "I have cellulite -- and had it even when I was at my absolute thinnest," she tells Life & Style. "I'm never not going to have cellulite. People need to just accept that it's there and maybe dress accordingly or use body makeup to cope with it."

Still, when Peepshow's choreographer and director instructed Holly to shed weight -- after she'd gained 15 pounds following her move to Sin City -- she was hurt, she confesses. "Once I realized that other people were noticing that I'd packed on a few, I was embarrassed to go onstage," she reveals. Making matters worse: her Holly's World nemesis, model Jayde Nicole. "Holly needs to lose 10 pounds of fat," Jayde, who once cattily sent Holly a basket full of candy when she knew her co-star was dieting, recently told Life & Style.

"After moving to Vegas, I lived in a suite in Planet Hollywood for a year and ordered room service all the time," Holly says. "I like food too much to go on some crazy diet. French fries are my favorite downfall." Holly also says she's not willing to give up sweets but she has decided to make some healthy changes: Pilates classes and 20-minute runs, and mixing prepared meals from the Fresh Diet delivery service into her menu.

"I've always had a butt, and I want to keep it -- cellulite and all. I'm not perfect, but I love my curves." Holly tells Life & Style.

Khloé Kardashian To Be Bikini-Ready By June

http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2008/video/080728/khloe_kardashian.jpgKhloé Kardashian recently admitted that for her, weight is a "lifetime struggle." But the E! reality star won't end her body battle without a fierce fight.

"I'm in a working-out process, and I'm definitely back on trying to lose weight," Kardashian, 26, told PEOPLE Friday while promoting her Kardashian Glam Shapes SillyBandz at Kitson in L.A. "It's about being healthy, though. I believe in working out, eating well … I do everything in moderation. I don't like people who do extreme, crazy diets."

The youngest Kardashian sister wants to be a role model to others with similar struggles.

"I don't know if people think celebrities don't have insecurities, but … everyone does," she says. "Mine personally is weight. I could be as skinny as ever, but to somebody else, I may not ever be good enough. My weight fluctuates, and I accept that, and it's my life struggle, but I just wanted to point out that I'm normal, and everybody has their own things."

Fueling her is a desire to feel sexy again in a bikini. "That's my mission," she says. "I'm going to Mexico in June."

Kardashian also joked that by then she might even be ready to wear a two-piece on the cover of PEOPLE.

Khloe Kardashian: Weight Is My Biggest Struggle

http://www.usmagazine.com/uploads/assets/articles/38454-khloe-kardashian-my-weight-is-my-biggest-struggle/1295995237_khloe-290.jpg
She and her sisters may be celebrated for their curves, but Khloe Kardashian admits she isn't 100% confident in her body.

"My weight is always going up and down. I'm always fighting that," the 26-year-old reality star revealed during a video blog Monday. "I feel like no matter what I do, I never look good enough to everybody else."

Through time, the Khloe & Lamar star said she's come to love her more voluptuous figure -- but that doesn't mean she isn't bothered by what her critics sometimes say.

"That's been a struggle that I think I've gotten ahold of, not caring what other people think," she said. "But as much as I say that, other people's words eventually come and do hit you hard."

Case in point: after the reality star wore a flowing Alexander McQueen gown to the People's Choice Awards on January 6, Kardashian was bombarded by rumors she was pregnant with hubby Lamar Odom's child. But according to the reality star -- who is not pregnant -- it was just another example of the scrutiny surrounding her shape.

"I think my weight is my biggest lifetime struggle," she said. "It's not the biggest thing in life, but it does get you down sometimes."

Giuliana Rancic Blamed Herself For Miscarriage

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/.a/6a00d8341c630a53ef01157155e046970c-800wiGiuliana Rancic blamed herself when she suffered a miscarriage and tells Radar Online that speculation her weight contributed to it is simply mean spirited and wrong.

In an emotional and exclusive new interview about her public and well-documented struggle to have a baby with husband Bill, she reveals the couple is taking a break from IVF and will consider adopting.

The TV host, 36, had a miscarriage last year and told Radar Online: "As a woman you blame your body, you blame yourself, and I was riding that wave for a while and I was playing the blame game.

"Not for anything I was doing day to day, but (I wondered): Should Bill have married someone younger? Did I wait too long? Should I have had kids at a younger age?

"But that's not what God wanted. The fact that I really do feel happier than I've felt in years, I feel like it really was part of a bigger plan, and I don't know what that plan is but whatever it is, we're fine with it."

And when it comes to speculation that Giuliana is too thin to get pregnant, she scoffs and calls that talk "ignorant", telling Radar Online: "Look at Kelly Ripa! She's half my size and has no body fat and has kids.

"Giselle (Bundchen) is a supermodel, and I've pinched her in real life just to see if she has body fat -- zero body fat! Look at Victoria Beckham, she's on her fourth child.

"It's unbelievable to me the amount of ignorant comments that come in and it's just uninformed ignorant people. Rachel Zoe is pregnant! To all the haters, get informed! Go Google it...it has nothing to do with anything.

"There are thin girls with infertility issues, normal sized girls with infertility issues and overweight girls with infertility issues. Unless your doctor tells you your weight is affecting you in some way...once the doctor rules it out, that's really not it."

Giuliana told Radar Online that she and Bill are taking a break from the grueling schedule of IVF treatments they have been undergoing, choosing instead to focus on each other and their relationship.

"To be quite honest, we're taking a bit of a break,' she says. "We're on a bit of a time out. I'm not going to kid you, it's kind of going well. We're loving it.

Jessica Simpson Talks Weight And Insecurities

http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2010/news/100322/jessica-simpson-240.jpgJessica Simpson says she's taken a beating by being scrutinized by the press for her fluctuating weight and public romances – but the singer focuses on the good things in her life.

"There's no way you're not going to be affected by the ugly things people say about you," Simpson told USA Today at the Women's Conference in Long Beach, Calif., Monday. "It's very hurtful. It definitely brings up a lot of your own insecurities."

But Simpson, who says she's "the happiest I've ever been," is focused on the positive people in her life, rather then the ones who only want to bring her down.

"It takes a great family and wonderful friends – and love definitely helps, too – to get through it," she says.

Simpson, who just turned 30, says she's at the perfect place in her life. "I love being 30," she says. "The moment I turned 30, I really did feel a switch in my life … I had this coming of age moment … I love the woman inside of me."

The singer, who has been very vocal about her adoration for beau Eric Johnson, continues to praise the man she says, "brings out a lot of light in me."

"He definitely makes me happy and makes me very comfortable being who I am," she says. "It's nice to be with somebody who praises you for all the right reasons."

So, are wedding bells in the works for Simpson and Johnson? Not yet, says the singer, but "[I] definitely dreamed of being married my whole life and having children, so hopefully that's in my future."
