Lindsay Lohan Reunites With Jamie Lee Curtis

Maybe Jamie Lee Curtis can help Lindsay Lohan stay on the straight and narrow.

According to the Mean Girls star's father, the recently rehabbed actress bumped into her Curtis, 52, in West Hollywood Tuesday.

Michael Lohan tells E! News that Curtis has been "like a second mother" to Lindsay since costarring in 2003's Freaky Friday, though their run-in was an "absolute coincidence."

Their reunion may have been accidental, but Michael, 50, is taking their chance encounter as a sign that his daughter is on the verge of staging a career comeback.

"All the people that were in Lindsay's life when things were going well, when she was in Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, are now coming back into her life," Michael says.

"She is going back to her roots, going back to all the people who were in her life when she was doing good," he adds. "I believe she is going to prove to the entire industry she is back for good."

Lindsay & Michael Lohan's Emotional Reunion

Lindsay Lohan reunited with her estranged father Michael on Sunday when the two took a trip to a local Palm Desert, California shopping center.

“Michael and Lindsay were at the mall for quite a while, but spent most of their time in a jewelry store,” an eyewitness told Radar Online.

Michael dropped Lindsay off at the Betty Ford Center and returned to the store. “He purchased something Lindsay had her eye on and seemed overjoyed by their reunion,” they said.

“She appeared genuinely happy to be spending time with her father,” the source said.

After completing roughly five weeks of rehab at Betty Ford, Lindsay will undergo therapy with Michael, in an attempt to get to the bottom of the bad feelings she has toward her father, Radar Online has learned exclusively.

"Michael is prepared to do anything to get it right this time," said another source.
