Lindsay Lohan on 911 Call -- I Told You So!

Lindsay Lohan wins again ... at least according to Lindsay Lohan -- who believes the 911 call of the Betty Ford incident backs her version of what went down with Dawn Holland.

TMZ was first to publish the 911 call Lindsay made on December 12. On the recording, Lindsay and Dawn are heard having a heated argument ... and Dawn claims Lindsay hit her with the phone.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she feels the 911 call vindicates her because it makes Dawn seem "rude," "aggressive" and "inappropriate."

We're also told she thinks it proves Dawn was only after money from the start. Very early in the call Dawn says, "Get ready to be sued."

Ultimately, Lindsay does win -- earlier this week the Riverside County District Attorney's Office announced it would not file charges against Lindsay over the incident.

D.A. Won't Prosecute Lindsay in Betty Ford Case

TMZ has learned ... The Riverside County District Attorney has decided not to file criminal charges against Lindsay Lohan in connection with the altercation last December between Lindsay and a Betty Ford staffer.

Sources tell us the D.A. believes there is "insufficient evidence" to prosecute Lindsay.

The Palm Desert Police Department had been investigating the confrontation between Lindsay and former staffer Dawn Holland, but ultimately the D.A. felt the firepower wasn't there.

So Lindsay only has one criminal case in play now.

Lindsay Lohan Made A Deal With Dawn Holland

Lindsay Lohan made a secret deal to meet with Dawn Holland -- the Betty Ford Center worker Lindsay allegedly attacked -- and the plan was that a photog would take pictures of the two together, sell them and Dawn would pocket the cash ... sources familiar with the deal tell TMZ.

The plan -- hatched BEFORE Dawn decided not to pursue criminal charges against Lindsay -- was that Dawn would make $10,000 from the sale of the photos.

Sources connected with the deal tell us the point was not for Dawn to get money in exchange for dropping her case -- but rather for Lindsay to "help her out."

Sources say the deal fell apart when Lindsay's business manager, Lou Taylor, put the kibosh on the plan.

Dawn was pissed, felt Lindsay was "disrespecting" her, got a new lawyer and may pursue the battery case.

DA Not Dropping Lindsay's Betty Ford Incident

The push to violate Lindsay Lohan's probation will continue -- the Riverside County DA wants further investigation into LiLo's alleged violent incident at Betty Ford ... TMZ has learned.

District Attorney Elect Paul Zellerbach met with his lead investigator and prosecutor this morning to talk about Lindsay's altercation with Betty Ford Center employee Dawn Holland -- who, by the way, doesn't want Linds prosecuted.

Upshot of the summit -- whatever the Palm Desert Police turned over wasn't enough. The DA's office says it needs more info to decide whether to charge Lindsay.

Palm Desert PD has been pushing to get Lindsay's probation violated over the BFC incident.

Lindsay Lohan's First Appearance Since Rehab

Lindsay Lohan was all smiles when she and jeweler Pascal Mouawad sat courtside as the L.A. Lakers beat the New York Knicks during a home game Sunday. The outing marked the first public appearance since the actress, 24, left the Betty Ford Center on January 3.

"Kobe [Bryant] sent me Lakers hats because I'm wearing Knicks [attire] -- I'm from New York! Gotta stay loyal!" she tweeted. "Good luck to BOTH teams! I said if the Lakers win, I'll come to a game with a Laker hat!"

Lindsay Lohan -- Giving New Roomie A Free Ride

Lindsay Lohan won't be living in her new Venice pad by herself -- TMZ has learned she's going to have a roommate ... and the girl will be staying there rent-free.

We're told LiLo's new roomie is a girl she met during her time at Betty Ford. According to our sources ... the girl has been sober longer than Lindsay has (FYI -- Lindsay celebrated four months of sobriety Friday).

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she feels it's important to Lindsay to surround herself with other sober people. We're told she's helping the cash-strapped girl out ... letting her live rent-free.

Seems Lindsay's first role post-rehab ... is that of a sugar mama.

Lindsay Lohan Case Referred to District Attorney

TMZ has learned ... Lindsay Lohan's fate is now in the hands of the Riverside County District Attorney, who will decide whether to charge her in the Betty Ford brouhaha with the former staffer.

The Palm Desert Police Department has turned its investigation over to the D.A., who will decide whether to charge Lohan with battery.

The case would be an uphill battle, because alleged victim Dawn Holland says she will not cooperate and does not want Lindsay prosecuted.

No word on when the D.A. will make a decision.

Lindsay Lohan's Post-Rehab Workout Session

Trying to keep up a healthy post-rehab routine, Lindsay Lohan stepped out for a workout session in West Hollywood on Tuesday (January 4).

The "Georgia Rule" actress appeared in high spirits as she arrived at the gym for a training session to help relieve the stresses of her current legal woes - as Miss Lohan has been in headlines all day stemming from her incident with a chemical technician at the Betty Ford Center on December 12.

Lindsay Lohan Causes Uproar In Venice Beach

Lindsay Lohan is only two days out of rehab and already she’s causing a stir in the beachside community of Venice where she’s setting up her new home, Radar Online is reporting exclusively.

Lohan’s swanky new pad is right next door to ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who showed her distaste to the hoards of photographers on Monday, but she’s not the only one upset about the 24-year-old actresses move.

“We usually don’t do celeb stuff, but got a lot of emails on this one... so... Lindsay Lohan is moving to Venice?” a local neighborhood website wrote in an article titled “Paparazzi Infestation Coming To Venice?”

“UGH! Hope she learns to chill out while she's here. And also hoping Venice doesn't attract all of young Hollywood!” one commenter wrote.

Hollywood celebs such as Rosario Dawson, Emile Hirsch, Anna Paquin and Tim Robbins prefer residing in the quaint beachside town as an escape from the paparazzi and Lohan’s move may put a damper on their privacy.

"People move to Venice to get away from Hollywood and we pride ourselves on our seclusion,” one resident told Radar Online.

“Lindsay Lohan represents exactly what everyone here is trying to escape.”

The Mean Girls star holed up in an upscale Los Angeles hotel Monday after her release from the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California and is expected to move into her 3,100 square foot, four bedroom apartment sometime this week.

“If she moves here I hope someone posts a pix [sic] of her vehicle so I know when to get off the street & outta [sic] her way!” wrote one Venice resident.

"A block away from me. Gonna [sic] get a gun."

Police: Lindsay Lohan Committed Battery

So much for Lindsay Lohan's clean start in 2011.

Police now assert the actress did, in fact, commit battery against a Betty Ford employee in a Dec. 12 scuffle – and plan to hand the case over to local prosecutors for review.

"The investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery [charge]," the Palm Desert Police Department said in a press release Monday, adding that they plan to notify Lohan's probation officer.

Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, wasn't immediately available for comment. Lohan, 24, was released from rehab Monday and faces a routine Feb. 25 progress review hearing.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox previously warned Lohan that any more slip-ups would be met with six months in jail. As of Tuesday, however, the court still hadn't received formal notice of the incident.

Betty Ford employee Dawn Holland was fired the same day she went public with claims that Lohan threw a phone at her and yanked another phone out of her hand, causing a sprain after a confrontation at the famed Rancho Mirage, Calif., clinic.

Holland stated that Lohan was acting "out of control" and had alcohol on her breath and refused to take a Breathalyzer test when she was caught coming home past curfew.

Police continued their investigation despite Holland's decision to recant her claims, with her attorney stating that Holland, a former addict herself, had no desire to see Lohan prosecuted.

Lindsay Faces Possible Probation Violation

The Riverside County District Attorney believes Lindsay Lohan violated her probation in the altercation with a staffer at the Betty Ford Center ... and if the Beverly Hills judge handling her case agrees ... Lindsay could go to jail.

As TMZ reported, Dawn Holland, a staffer at Betty Ford, claims Lindsay assaulted and injured her last month after allegedly violating her curfew.

Holland -- who has since been fired by Betty Ford -- notified authorities by a letter obtained by TMZ that she had no interest in pursuing a criminal case. But the Riverside PD now says the case will be submitted to the District Attorney anyway because police believe Lindsay committed a battery and therefore violated her probation.

One of the terms of probation is that Lindsay must obey all laws.

The Riverside PD is forwarding its file on the case to the L.A. County Probation Office.

Lindsay Lohan Moving Next Door to Sam Ronson

Lindsay Lohan may be moving to a new pad -- but she's not leaving her old friends behind!

The starlet, who finished her 90-day rehab stint at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California on Monday, is leaving her old West Hollywood apartment behind for a new four-bedroom beach house in Venice, California right next door to ex girlfriend Sam Ronson!

Unfortunately for Lohan, 24, her former paramour is none too pleased with her new neighbor.

When Lohan's dad, Michael, was moving things into her new place, "Samantha walked out of the building next door," a source tells Us Magazine. "She was shaking her head and looking disgusted. She kept saying, 'I didn't plan it this way.'"

And while Lohan Tweeted an inspirational quote from Gandhi on New Year's Day, writing "Today is the first day of the rest of my life," her ex is far less thrilled with the fresh start.

When photographers asked the DJ if she had any New Year's resolutions, she replied simply, "No. I'm too pissed off right now."

Lindsay Lohan: “I Did NOT Leave” Rehab.. Yet

Earlier today, Radar Online reported that Lindsay Lohan had left the Betty Ford Center, but the site was wrong.

In an exclusive statement , Lohan told Gossip Cop, “I didn’t leave [rehab],” adding “[I'm] going to the gym.”

She also corrected the rumor that she’s permanently moving out of her L.A pad. “I’m not moving from my apartment… That’s not true either.”

TMZ also posted earlier today that Lohan was going to stay at Betty Ford until this Saturday, but Gossip Cop is told by a source close to the actress that she’ll probably leave the center sometime within the next 24 hours.

Lindsay Lohan To Extend Her Stay In Rehab

Sources connected with Lindsay Lohan tell TMZ ... even though Lindsay is legally allowed to bail from rehab today ... we're told she may stay until the weekend to get additional treatment.

Sources tell us Lindsay is taking precautions before reentering day-to-day life, and is talking with people at the Betty Ford Center about reentering the residential day treatment program until Saturday.

Lindsay Lohan Launches Comeback Website

Lindsay Lohan's comeback plans are in full force. The actress is in the process of launching a new website, Radar Online can report.

The expensively produced site is still in the 'Coming Soon' phase. It features sexy photos of the actress/designer with music from the Brit electro-pop group La Roux, singing In For The Kill, and Catriona Irving performing Sitting on the Shelf Without Shelly.

There's no indication of how soon the site will be completely up and running but it looks like Team Lohan is just waiting for some major news to announce.

Lindsay is scheduled to be released from the Betty Ford Center Monday morning.

Lindsay Lohan Ready to Start the 'Rest of My Life'

Lindsay Lohan seems to be starting 2011 on a positive – and peaceful – note.

"Today is the first day of the rest of my life," Lohan, 24, Tweeted Saturday night. " 'The future depends on what we do in the present.' – Mahatma Gandhi... One step at a time.... "

The message comes just days before Lohan is expected to leave the Betty Ford Center where she has been in treatment since October.

Lindsay Lohan Working With Bill Clinton Advisor?

Lindsay Lohan has a candidate in mind to be her sober coach, and she's a former advisor to President Bill Clinton, Radar Online is exclusively reporting.

According to Lindsay's dad Michael, the Lohan family is trying to ensure Lindsay's sobriety by surrounding her with positive influences.

"When Lindsay gets out, I want to have the right team of people around her, not the Hollywood types who leached on her in the past," Michael told Radar Online.

Michael is campaigning for clinical psychologist Iris Martin, who has an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and according to the biography on numerous books she's authored, created "Corporate Therapy," which was used by Clinton for key domestic and global initiatives.

"It's people like Iris Martin who was Bill Clinton's personal analyst for over eight years who we need to be involved in Lindsay's new life," Michael said.

"I have been in touch with Iris to get her in touch with Lindsay to be part of her new life."

As Radar Online previously reported, the 24-year-old has gone over 100 days without failing a drug or alcohol test.

"It is people like Iris and her attorney, Tom Hanson, who is also Robert Downey Junior's attorney, who will lead Lindsay on the right path," Michael said.

"I hope Lindsay takes my advice and doesn't get caught up with the other people who have had nothing but a negative influence on her."

Although it's unclear what qualifications Martin has as a sober coach, she authored of the best-selling book From Couch To Corporation which won the "One of the Most Important Books in Psychology" Award by the American Psychological Association.

A Los Angeles judge ordered the troubled starlet to stay in the drug rehabilitation program at Betty Ford until at least January 3, 2011, after she tested positive for cocaine during a random drug test in September.

Lindsay Lohan To Live With Dina Post-Rehab

Lindsay Lohan will not head back to her West Hollywood condo when she leaves the Betty Ford Center on January 4th after her court-ordered stay at the treatment center. Instead, the troubled starlet will travel to a secret location where she will stay with family, mom Dina, and her siblings, after she exits rehab next week.

A source close to Lindsay tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay will be staying at a (secret for now) location starting the 4th of January, with her family, mother and siblings. She also has the support of me and her other friends. As long as she doesn't fail any tests (and everyone is going to make sure she doesn't) she'll be put on summary (unsupervised) probation on February 25th."

Is mom Dina really the best guardian to protect Lindsay's sobriety? She's been known to hit up clubs with both her girls -- even with underage Ali.

Our source tells us:

"She [Lindsay] got to see her family on Christmas, and is of course be staying at a new (secret for now) Betty Ford sober living house with out the cameras on her. From our conversations I'd say she's very lucid and clear minded."

Two words come to mind when looking at Lindsay Lohan's photo shoot for Benn Jae: orange and freckles. But we must admit, the clothing is FAB, and Lilo looks fierce!

Lindsay Lohan's Post Rehab Sobriety Plans

Lindsay Lohan will blow out of Betty Ford a week from today, but she has a plan in place to stay sober ... for the first time in many years.

Sources tell TMZ ... although Lindsay can leave B.F. on January 3, she's staying an extra day.

On the 4th, she'll drive 100 miles back to L.A., but she's not returning to the West Hollywood condo where she fueled her addictions for much of 2010.

And on the subject of addiction, we're told Lohan has a sponsor specifically to help her deal with the culture shock of reentry. She's also pre-scheduled several months of AA meetings.
