Khloe: Kim's Wedding Is "Royal Wedding No. 2"

Step aside, William and Kate: The queen of reality TV is getting hitched, and it's going to be huge.

Hours after news broke of Kim Kardashian's engagement to Kris Humphries after about six months of dating, her little sister Khloe Kardashian predicted a monstrous, royal bash for her sister. 30.

"It's going to be royal wedding number two," Khloe, 26, told E! News Wednesday. "I could only imagine Kim having the hugest wedding."

Khloe, of course, has been happily married to Lamar Odom for about a year and a half, and she knows that her sister has already dealt with one agonizing decision: Her maid of honor.

She said Kim, 30, will do what she did at her nuptials and give both Khloe and Kourtney, 32, the special title. "I made both of them my maid of honor," Khloe said. "You can't choose."

One major difference between Kim and Khloe's special day? Mom Kris Jenner told Us Weekly: "She's giving me more than nine days to plan a wedding like Khloe so fabulously did!"

Adder Jenner, "Kim will have more to do with this one. She has time. She's going to plan it out. She has a definite, specific thing that she has in her mind I'm sure. It's been so fast and furious that she hasn't discussed it with us."

"Kim has always been a hopeless romantic," Khloe told Us. "She thinks she is a Disney character, like everything is a great love story. It's so sweet and cute. It's just Kim. I feel like she is very much in love with love."

Kim's Mom Gave Permission For Engagement

Kim Kardashian was taken by surprise when Kris Humphries popped the question, but the reality star's mom and stepdad knew it was coming.

Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner found out "a few days" before it happened, Kim's mom revealed Wednesday during a press day for the family's show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

"He came to Bruce and myself and asked us for Kim's hand in marriage," says Kris Jenner, "and it was really just so cute the way that he wanted to surprise her."

Humphries, 26, waited in Kim's bedroom on bended knee with four words written in red rose petals: "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

Mom Kris decided to host a family dinner in honor of the occasion – without revealing the reason to the rest of the family.

"[Kim and Kris] were going to come over to my house, join the party, and then tell the rest of the family," says Kris Jenner.

But sisters Khloé and Kourteny Kardashian were totally in the dark about the news. "We had no idea! We were both surprised at the dinner when Kim came out with her big rock and she started waving it in the air," says Kourtney.

As for moving ahead with wedding planning, Khloé says that Kim will be totally in control of every element: "Kim, trust me, will never let anyone else touch her wedding but herself."

But the sisters do plan to have a role in the nuptials. "I would assume that we would both be maids of honor," says Khloé.

Quips Kourtney: "We're assuming, because otherwise there would be a war."

Kim Kardashian: What She Loves About Kris

Some might see Kim Kardashian's surprise engagement to NBA star Kris Humphries as a whirlwind romance, but the couple knew right away that they were meant to be together.

"I think probably within a month of meeting her I knew she was 'The One,' " gushes, Humphries, 26, who has been dating Kardashian for about six months.

So what is it about the hunky New Jersey Nets player that had Kardashian at hello?

"I really fell in love with him as a person – he's such a good person with a good heart," Kardashian, 30 tells PEOPLE proudly. "Everyone that meets him says the same thing."

After meeting in November during basketball season, the couple engaged in long talks on the phone to get to know one another. "We worked hard at it," says Humphries.

Keeping up with the Kardashians is no easy task, but Humphries fits right in with the big, chaotic and loving family. "He's so funny," says Kardashian. "He has such a great sense of humor."

And with Kardashian's hectic schedule, she loves having someone calm, fun and funny to come home to.

"If I've had a long day, I'm working really hard or I'm stressed, I just can't wait to come home to him," she says. "The time that we've spent together, we have so much fun together and he always, no matter what, puts me in a good mood."

Looks like Brody Jenner did not receive the inside scoop on step-sister Kim Kardashian‘s engagement to Kris Humphries. He found out the exciting news with the rest of the world this morning!

“My sister is engaged? Hahaha I had no idea!!.. Crazy being in such a big family.. Congrats @Kimkardashian love you. Let’s celebrate soon” Brody Tweeted earlier today.

He also directed a special message at Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian:

Khloe 'Beyond Happy' over Kim's Engagement

She kept it a secret for a week. But now Khloe Kardashian can finally gush about her sister Kim Kardashian's engagement to Kris Humphries.

"You have no idea how happy it makes me to be able to say this… KIM IS ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!" Khloe, 26, writes on her blog. "OMG! It feels soooo good to finally let the secret out."

Khloe, who married Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom in 2009, is thrilled that Kim, 30, is preparing to follow her down the aisle with her own NBA beau.

"Congratulations to my beautiful big sister Kim on finding the love of your life! Seeing you this happy makes all of us BEYOND happy and my face literally hurts from smiling," Khloe writes.

To Humphries, 26, who plays for the New Jersey Nets, Khloe writes: "We're all truly blessed to have met you. Here's to a perfect future together. I love you both!"

It's early for wedding planning, but Khloe is ready. "Just in case you have the urge to throw a wedding together in 30 days let me know," she writes. "I'm really good at putting together a quick, fabulous wedding LOL."

Kim Kardashian Is Engaged to Kris Humphries!

It was a dream come true for Kim Kardashian when she walked into her Beverly Hills home May 18. Her boyfriend of six months, New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries, was waiting in her bedroom on bended knee with four words written in red rose petals: "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

"I didn't expect this at all," Kardashian, 30, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview (out Friday) of the romantic, surprise proposal. "I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

Humphries popped the question with a custom-designed, 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond sparkler. "I just knew I wanted it to be big," says Humphries, 26, who, with the help of Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner, planned an intimate family celebration later that evening.

"Kris really didn't want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he'd be fine if there were mini-horses there," says Kardashian with a laugh. "Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!"

Kristin Cavallari Talks Proposal, Wedding, Kids

It's official: Kristin Cavallari is engaged and she's sharing all the details of her fairy-tale engagement and future plans with Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler in the new issue of Life & Style.

On April 24, Jay got down on one knee as the sun was setting in the sky over Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and asked Kristin, his girlfriend of eight months, to be his wife. "I couldn't be happier," Kristin, 24, tells Life & Style exclusively. "I don't have to date anymore!"

Kristin had a feeling a proposal was coming but Jay made sure to keep it a surprise. "When he opened the ring box, it took me a second to say yes because I was in such shock," Kristin says of her reaction to the 5.2-carat Asscher-cut diamond ring. " I was just staring at the ring and thinking, Oh my God, it's absolutely beautiful!"

Kristin says it was her "dream proposal" however she won't be rushing into an over-the-top wedding anytime soon. "It'll be about a year engagement and then I want a classic and traditional wedding. I can't decide whether I want a small, intimate wedding or a huge wedding -- but it will absolutely not be on TV!" Kristin assures. "If we go with a bigger wedding, then I'll invite some of the Laguna and Hills casts. But if not, then it will probably just be family and really, really close friends."

And while she won't be rushing to the altar, Kristin is already thinking about her future with Jay. "We definitely want kids -- a lot of kids. We want at least three," Kristin tells Life & Style. "I guess we'll take it one pregnancy at a time!"

Kristin Cavallari "Very Surprised" By Proposal

There were three engaged stars at Tuesday night's Hollywood premiere of Something Borrowed: The flick's stars Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin, plus Kristin Cavallari, who walked the red carpet.

After about 8 months together, Chicago Bears hunk Jay Cutler proposed to the former Hills star, 24, over the Easter weekend.

"I kind of knew it was coming," Cavallari told Us Weekly Tuesday. "But I was definitely very surprised."

After being set up with Cutler, 27, via reality star and E! News host Giuiliana Rancic, Cavalarri says she knew "right away" that Cutler was The One.

"I think that we both knew right away that it was very different and very special," she gushed.

Also very special: Her whopping engagement ring, which she rocked on Something Borrowed's red carpet.

One thing she's keeping private: Cutler's proposal. "I don't want to say, but it was very romantic and very sweet," she said.

The quarterback was very old-fashioned, she offered. "He went and asked my dad, which was really sweet, and my dad really appreciated that! My parents couldn't be happier. They love him and his family is excited, so it's great."

Wedding planning has barely begun, she admitted. "I've been ripping out things from magazines and I had just made a wedding binder, but that's as far as I've gotten."

The wedding could take place in Chicago. "My mom and that whole side of the family is there, and Jay obviously lives there. I think that makes the most sense."

Any dates picked out? "Because of the football season, it would have to be in the next couple months or next spring, so probably next spring."

On Tuesday, the world learned that former Hills man-eater Kristin Cavallari is ready to settle down, after it was announced that the reality starlet became engaged to footballer Jay Cutler. During her time on both MTV's Laguna Beach and The Hills, the SoCal small-screen star fell in and out of love with Justin Bobby, Brody Jenner and Stephen Colletti, just to name a few.

And now one of those former paramours is offering his congratulations to the newly engaged actress. "I'm extremely happy for her," Colletti told Hollywood Life. "She deserves to be happy. She's getting engaged! It's weird. We're at that age now ... it's that reality check."

Colletti himself is currently dating Dancing With the Stars contestant Chelsea Kane, but he doesn't feel the need to put a ring on it just yet. "That's not something [that's on my mind right now]," he said. "Of course I'd like to get married someday though!"

Many of Cavallari's other former co-stars have remained mum on the subject, but former star of The City Whitney Port sent her love and support on Twitter. "@KristinCav heard from a little birdie the big news!" she wrote. "So happy for you, much love!!! Xoxo."

Cavallari has not directly commented on her engagement, but she did tweet her fans on Tuesday, writing, "My phone has not stopped today. Need to put it down."

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are "very in love" and "so happy," a source tells PEOPLE, which stands to reason: Cutler popped the question over the weekend.

So what do we not know about the romance of the reality starlet and her NFL star fiancé?

1. They fell in love fast

They only began dating last fall, and their relationship has been primarily long-distance, but by January, Cavallari, 24, admitted Cutler already had her heart. "I'm in love and it's been great," she told PEOPLE. "Things are really good."

2. Cavallari has other ties to Chicago besides Cutler

"Chicago is great for me," Cavallari has told PEOPLE. "My mom and that whole side of the family is there … It's been nice to hang out with my mom." In fact, since the engagement, a source tells PEOPLE, Cavallari has been spending a lot of time out there.

3. Cutler has health problems, but they don't hurt his career

Noting he "had no energy," Cutler, who lost 35 lbs. in 2008, told the Associated Press that he'd been diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes. "It's a little overwhelming to get that news and realize you're going to have to completely change your life," he said, adding that the diagnosis is not expected to affect his play.

4. They share a love of charity

Among other philanthropic ventures she taken on, Cavallari has been involved in Until There's a Cure, a campaign to raise awareness and funds for AIDS and HIV.

Cutler does volunteer work for young people with developmental disabilities through Vanderbilt's Best Buddies program – and in 2007, he started the Jay Cutler Foundation, which partnered with Mile High United Way’s Youth Success Initiative to help at-risk youth overcome obstacles and graduate from high school.

5. They've both felt betrayed

Cutler, 27, was verbally attacked by some of his Chicago Bears teammates after the 2010 NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers for sitting part of it out due to a knee injury and appearing disinterested on the sidelines. Cutler later said the criticism "bothered" him.

Wrapping up their Mexican vacation, Kristin Cavallari (with fingers hidden) and Jay Cutler were spotted arriving back at LAX International Airport last night (April 25).

Both lovebirds looked relaxed and tan as they strolled out of the terminal, fresh from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

As previously reported, Jay popped the question to Kristin over the weekend, and of course she said yes.

An inside source explained, “He surprised her with a quick trip to Cabo to ask her to marry him. He had asked her dad for permission.”

A source close to the couple confirms to PEOPLE that Cutler proposed over the weekend during their getaway in Cabo San Lucas.

"He surprised her with a quick trip to Cabo to ask her to marry him," the source says.

Cavallari, 24, who also appeared on The Hills, and Cutler, 27, the quarterback for the Chicago Bears, have been dating since last fall.

"I'm in love," she told PEOPLE earlier this year, "and it's been great."

Paris & Cy Waits Shop For Engagement Rings

Paris Hilton recently told Ryan Seacrest that she's sure her beau Cy Waits will pop the question. And based on a recent shopping adventure, it sounds like Waits could be getting down on one knee sooner than later.

A source tells PEOPLE that Hilton, who just celebrated her 30th birthday, accompanied Waits to luxury jewelry store Jacob & Co. in New York on Friday, where the duo checked out some serious bling.

"They shopped for engagement rings," the source says. "They were really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats."

Although the lovebirds – who began dating last summer – did not leave with an engagement ring, Hilton did not leave empty-handed.

"She walked out sporting a $25,000 white gold and black diamond encrusted ring," the source says.

When reached for comment, Hilton's rep tells PEOPLE, "The couple were shopping in New York looking for something special for Paris's 30th birthday."

As for Hilton, she recently told Seacrest her relationship with nightclub owner Waits is "really serious." "I'm so happy," the heiress said. "I've never been happier."

Kaley Cuoco made a big announcement on the red carpet at Sunday's Golden Globes: The Big Bang Theory star told Ryan Seacrest she was engaged – then she took it back.

After noticing a major sparkler on her ring finger, Seacrest asked the actress if she had any happy news to share.

"I'm engaged," Cuoco, 25, said, pausing as the E! host happily congratulated her. Then, she clarified: "I'd like you to know who I'm engaged to – Chopard, the jewelry designer."

So, why was the Golden Globes presenter wearing the ring on that finger?

"It's the only finger it fit," she said. "And I said, 'I have to wear it!' And [the jewelry designer] said, 'But you can't wear it on that finger.' And I said, 'Oh, I'm wearing it!' "

And what did Cuoco's musician boyfriend Christopher French make of her choice?

The hardest working man in show biz is going to pop the question to his lady love, Radar Online has exclusively learned.

Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have been dating for less than a year, but sources close to the couple have revealed that the American Idol host has already picked out an engagement ring and is preparing to propose.

"Ryan already has the ring -- and it's a rock -- four to five carats," one source confirmed to Radar Online.

"Money was no object for Ryan... expect the Rolls Royce of engagement rings.

"He's had it for awhile and is in the process of planning the engagement. It's going to happen within the next few months or so!"

Seacrest, who met the dancer turned actress early last summer, dismissed rumors he popped the question over the holidays.

"I'm not engaged," he told People, but added "I'm very happy."

Another source close to Seacrest played coy when asked to confirm or deny the upcoming engagement.

"If Ryan was planning to propose, why would I spoil the whole surprise for him?" the insider said, but gushed about how in love the couple are.

"I don't think I've ever seen him like this over a girl before, ever... they fit together so perfectly.

"All his family adore her too, and I know his mom would be really happy to see him settle down with Julianne and work on giving her some grandchildren!"

Christina Aguilera's Is Not Engaged To New Man

Christina Aguilera's new boyfriend put a ring on it, but don't get the wrong idea.

Matt Rutler "gave [a ring] to her for her birthday," a source tells PEOPLE. "It's not an engagement ring and they're not engaged. It was a surprise gift from him."

Although the lovebirds aren't necessarily saying "I do" anytime soon, they are getting more serious. Rutler's mom has had the honor of meeting Aguilera. And Rutler was by Aguilera's side at her New Year's Eve bash, which was attended by her own mother, brother and sister.

Aguilera recently introduced Rutler to her son Max when she brought him to the Peterson Automotive Museum.

"Christina took Max on the fun outing so he could bond with Matt," a source says. "Max was initially a bit shy, but later warmed up to Matt. It seems very important to Christina that Max got along with Matt."

The source also says Rutler has been spending the majority of his time staying at Aguilera's Beverly Hills home, while the singer's ex, Jordan Bratman, is now living in a rental home nearby.

Crystal Harris, Hugh Hefner Talk Wedding Plans

Hugh Hefner and his fiancée Crystal Harris welcome ET's Kevin Frazier into the Playboy Mansion for the dish on their wedding, their 60-year-age gap, and whether or not they plan on having kids!

Hugh and Crystal tell Kevin they're eyeing a summer wedding at the Mansion, an "intimate" ceremony with close friends and family -- "no big, blow-out affair," Hef says.

"Giving it another chance after a couple of failed marriages is an adventure, but it's something that I'm committed to," the Playboy mogul says.

But what about that big age gap between 84-year-old Hef and 24-year-old Crystal? Is it problematic? "I don't notice the age difference with Hef at all," Crystal says. "If anything I have to keep up with him."

Speaking of keeping up, Kevin's gotta wonder: Is Hugh still sexually active? "I'm doing my best. Dancin' as fast as I can," the energetic 80-something says with a smile.

Which begs the question: Does Hef want more children? "Well, we'll see. That's not part of the big plan," he says.

One thing that's not in question: Hef's love for his Playmate bride-to-be. "She's a beautiful human being inside and out; a woman with real character and humor," he says. "We're really devoted to each other. I think that the relationship is the center of both our lives."
