Vienna Girardi: How I Lost 20 Pounds

Looking good is the best revenge!

Nearly a year after splitting from The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka, Vienna Girardi has a new man -- and a hot new figure.

As the 23-year-old reality star tells Us Weekly, she recently dropped the 20 lbs. she gained during her 2010 stint on the ABC series. Girardi's best body part? Her taut tummy.

"I love my stomach," she told Us at Thursday's Friends of El Faro Celebrity Poker Tournament in L.A., adding that she'd like to drop 15 more lbs. "I'm working on getting it back…I'm six pounds down and I have a few more to go. I'm working out with my trainer, Brian Peeler, and I started working out at Physique 57."

Girardi says the key to her weight loss success has been cardio training and a strict diet without starches or wheat.

When it comes to logging hours at the gym, "We do something different every week. Today we went to [L.A.'s] Runyon [Canyon], and I have gone to Runyon a million times but never like we did today. Not only was it 100 degrees out, but he literally made me run down the hill with my shoulders back and your core tight. Then, he made me run up the mountain on the steps. I was so sore by the end of the work out. Every 15 minutes, I was like 'I'm gonna pass out!'"

With Pavelka long out of the picture, Girardi has a new man who appreciates her curves: Bachelorette star Kasey Kahl, whom she began dating earlier this year.

Enduring a long distance relationship -- Girardi lives in L.A. and Kahl in Fresno, Calif., -- the couple work hard to make their romance work.

"We are so crazy about each other, Girardi gushes to Us. "The only thing we bicker about are [travel arrangements]. It's always like 'are you gonna drive here this weekend or am I gonna drive there this weekend?' But, it's a good bicker because we just want to be around each other!"

Vienna Dating Former Bachelorette Contestant

Her romance with Jake Pavelka didn't work out, but Vienna Girardi isn't giving up on finding love within The Bachelor franchise.

Girardi, 24, has been cozying up to Bachelorette contestant Kasey Kahl, whose catch phrase "guard and protect your heart" was tattooed on his wrist in an effort to impress Ali Fedotowsky when he vied for her affection on season 6.

"They are dating and have been for a few months," Girardi's rep confirms to PEOPLE. "They've been spending time together in his Fresno [Calif.], hometown, working on some projects for his non-profit, Guard and Protect Hearts, Inc."

But when the lovebirds haven't been busy making the world a better place, they've been frolicking around town and looking like lovebirds.

"They were at Buffalo Wild Wings on St. Patty's Day holding hands," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.

The following Saturday, the same source spotted the duo looking romantic at Fresno bar The Standard. "She seemed tipsy and was clinging on to Kasey," the source says. "He seemed sober and they had their hands around each other."

Heidi Montag: In The Business Of Finding Friends

Heidi Montag wants to befriend fellow reality TV star Vienna Girardi.

Montag — who is separated from husband Spencer Pratt — is apparently keen to get to know Vienna following her recent split from former fiance Jake Pavelka.

Montag is even keen to bring Girardi onto her upcoming reality show.

“Heidi wants to be friends with Vienna,” a source said.

“They have a lot in common in terms of picking the wrong men, and [Heidi] feels she would be the perfect girl to join her this summer in the ’singles’ house.”
