Lindsay On Sam's New GF - 'She's My Friend'

Lindsay Lohan's ex-flame Samantha Ronson was caught smooching a new woman and despite reports that Lindsay was upset about it, the Mean Girls star tells Radar Online she's not mad at all and she's friends with Sam's new woman.

"She's a friend of mine as well," Lindsay told Radar Online, referring to the brunette Sam was caught locking lips with last Thursday afternoon.

Sam's new girlfriend has been identified by Radar Online as 34-year-old yoga instructor Tiffany Russo, and despite the growing romance, Lindsay said she's still friends with Sam.

"I am next to Samantha," Lindsay told Radar Online during correspondence.

Ironically, Russo was once the bar manager at the Roosevelt Hotel's nightclub, Teddy's, where both Sam and Lindsay frequent.

As Radar Online was first to report, Russo didn't always fancy the female form and was once married to a man.

Russo had a seven year marriage to Stephen Mar that ended in 2006, citing irreconcilable differences.

Samantha Ronson's New Girlfriend Revealed

Samantha Ronson has a hot new girlfriend and Radar Online can exclusively reveal she was once married - to a man.

The androgynous DJ was snapped in a passionate makeout session with the mystery woman, which reportedly sent her ex Lindsay Lohan into a rage.

And now we can name her as Tiffany Russo, a 34-year-old yoga instructor, who hasn't always been so smitten by the female form.

Divorce papers from 2006 confirm, Russo was married to her husband for seven years and four months and cited irreconcilable differences for the reason behind their split.

The flexible female was once the bar manager at the Roosevelt Hotel's nightclub, Teddy's, where ironically, Ronson and Lohan are regulars.

Russo's passion for yoga will explain why she was showing off her moves during the date with Ronson, when she took to the sidewalk to do some stretching, before getting hot and heavy in her car.

Lohan was reportedly left 'hurt' by the public clinch between the two. Ronson and Lohan dated for nearly a year in 2009 and are now neighbors in Venice, CA.

Lindsay Lohan Spotted At Nightclub With Ex-GF

Lindsay Lohan FINALLY went out to get her party on last night, following her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson to their old stomping grounds - Teddy's nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

Linds arrived in her rented Porsche at 1:45 am to the parking lot of the hotel, looking for Sam. Our photographer tells us:

"It was like old Lindsay -- she was desperate to find Sam. She jumped out of her car and ran into the hotel all nervous and wired."

Then, whadaya know -- Lindsay emerges with Sam and the couple get into Sam's BMW to head home to their matching two-story homes by the beach. Why'd they ride together and leave Lindsay's luxury rental in the VIP spot at the Roosevelt? A source who was inside the hotel last night (this morning) tells us:

"Lindsay didn't seem straight. She didn't need to be behind the wheel and Sam always takes car of Lindsay no matter what. Even though they aren't officially dating right now, Sam feels a responsibility for Lindsay so she told Lindsay she'd drive her home. Sam definitely feels like Lindsay is clinging and kind of stalking, but Sam loves her regardless and will always be there for her."

After jail time, a stint in rehab and now another threat of time behind bars, why isn't Lindsay ready to settle down and quit her wild ways?
