Ashley Olsen, 24, and her Hangover star beau, Justin Bartha, 32, have parted ways, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The private couple, who dated for more than two years, shot down engagement rumors shortly after they got together in 2008.

Reps had no comment.

The two lovebirds, who hung out with friends on a private boat, took a ride on the clear blue waters. Reports have been circulating that Bartha is close to popping the question to the blonde mogul. Come on Justin, put a ring on it!
