Heidi Montag is focusing on her body because her marriage is “out of control” — insiders say.
The reality TV star — who’s married to fellow fame whore Spencer Pratt — recently underwent ten cosmetic procedures on the same day and is reportedly planning even more radical surgery to boost her flagging self-esteem, including a third boob job.
“Heidi wants another boob job and more liposuction,” a source told Britain’s Now magazine.
“Everyone suspects she’s concentrating on her body because her marriage is careering out of control.
“Heidi’s spiraling into an abyss. It’s like she’s becoming a spectator in her own life but can’t do anything get it back on track, so she’s concentrating on the one thing she can control: her body.
