Safe to say this guy's not running for The Hills—or anywhere else—anytime soon.
Zachary Loring, the dude arrested last week after showing up uninvited at Audrina Patridge's Los Angeles pad, has been charged with felony stalking, E! News confirmed.
Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, says Loring was charged with one count of felony stalking and three other misdemeanors after he decided he just couldn't stay away from the 24-year-old reality star—violating a three-year restraining order Patridge obtained in September for his allegedly creepy behavior.
Loring, 24, is currently being held on $160,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned later today. At that point, prosecutors are expected to file a motion for a more restrictive protective order.
He was found loitering outside her home last Friday and taken into custody after someone placed a 911 call.
Last fall, the judge had ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from the Sorority Row scream queen and her brother. This after Loring turned up on several occasions at their front door last August, muttering to himself and hand delivering a stack of poems and drawings, including one of a woman being strangled.
No comment yet from Audrina's camp, but let's hope that for her peace of mind, he's kept away for good this time.
