Taking advantage of the lovely SoCal weather, Stephanie Pratt was spotted out and about on her bike in Santa Monica yesterday (October 28).The “Hills” babe looked to be in good spirits as she pedaled around town, despite the fact that she’s lost her driving privileges.
Earlier this week, Stephanie was formally charged with DUI stemming from an incident that occurred at 3:45AM on October 18th.Miss Pratt was pulled over and given a breathalyzer test, and when she blew a .08 and .09 the police arrested her and held her on a $5000 bail.
